FULLY WELDED type ball valves are cut off devices suitables for use both on natural gas distribution network and for liquid service when high performance on thightness and low pressure drop are required.
Top Entry construction is available in forged or cast execution, one piece symmetric body closed by a bolted bonnet. The range includes both Full and Reduced bore, pressure ANSI class from 150 to 2500 , with all possible combination of ENDS connections: flanged (RF-RTJ), butt welding and HUB ends.
Trunnion Mounted Ball Valves are an excellent choice for on/off service in large and high pressure applications because the ball is anchored at the top and bottom of the design. Bonney Forge manufactures Trunnion Mounted Ball Valves in an extensive range of designs, materials, sizes, pressure classes and end connections that are designed in accordance to ASME B16.34 and where applicable API 608, API 6D or BS EN ISO 17292. The valves are fire-safe test approved and include design features to ensure electrical continuity between ball, stem and body. Cryogenic and high temperature metal seated configurations are also available. All designs are forged for improved mechanical properties, pressure retention, and quality.
Carbon steel V-Ball (port) valve in sizes 1/4" to 6" available in flanged, NPT, threaded and socket weld connections. ANSI leak class, ASME B16.10 and stainless steel ball and stem.
